ICG provided a CHF 170 million (c. $172 million equivalent) financing package to back Eurazeo’s acquisition of two Swiss hospitality management schools from US education group Laureate. The first, Glion has around 2,000 students and operations in Switzerland and the UK. The second, Les Roches, has campuses in Switzerland, Spain, Jordan, China and is about to open another in the US. The two schools will be moved into a combined group with headquarters within Europe and given access to Eurazeo’s human and financial
resources.
