Now in its sixth year, the Private Credit Investor Forum is where the global private credit industry comes together. Over a single, focused day, more than 350 LPs, GPs and industry partners meet for allocator-led discussion, in-depth Master Classes and dedicated time to connect. Hosted by AIMA and the Alternative Credit Council during Florida’s Alternative Investment Week — an event by the industry, for the industry.

A format built for meaningful engagement
This event delivers thoughtful, structured networking opportunities, connecting attendees with intention

  • Investor Xchange, our popular Meet the Allocator roundtables, is expanding to a third round and offer LPs an opportunity to share how they approach allocating to the asset class in a small group setting
  • A dedicated meeting room and networking breaks make space for deeper one-on-one conversations through the day, with connectivity facilitated by our conference app
  • Every session runs under the Chatham House Rule, and the Forum is closed to the press — so the discussion stays candid

A program shaped by what has changed, and what has not
The 2027 agenda reflects how private credit has evolved through a year of genuine stress testing. Mainstage sessions will examine:

  • The market outlook based on where we are in the credit cycle and the macro backdrop
  • The implications of AI’s real-economy footprint — both as a new opportunity set and as a risk to existing portfolios
  • The consolidation, scale and platform dynamics that will define the next five years of private credit
  • The evolving relationship between public and private credit markets

Three focused Masterclass tracks
Alongside the mainstage agenda, three parallel Masterclass tracks offer practitioner-level depth for allocators and managers who want to go behind the headlines.

  • Corporate Credit
A practitioner’s look at lending to companies, from sponsor-backed direct lending to the documentation, workout and liability-management questions that decide outcomes when a credit turns.
  • Asset-Backed Finance
These sessions span specialty finance, asset-based lending and the structures now drawing record institutional and insurance capital. Masterclasses explore where a real complexity premium still lives in the US and abroad, and what it takes to originate, structure and underwrite it with conviction.
  • The Allocator’s Toolkit
The practical craft of building and managing a private credit allocation, including valuation, listed market signals and benchmarking. Candid, peer-level discussion of what is actually working in allocators’ portfolios now.

Who attends
The 2027 Forum brings together a senior, global audience:

  • Institutional allocators — pensions, insurers, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds and consultants
  • Family offices and private wealth allocators
  • Private credit managers across corporate, asset-backed and specialty strategies
  • Service providers and industry partners supporting the asset class

Qualified institutional investors, consultants and family offices are invited to attend on a complimentary basis.
