On 23 January 2025, AIMA launched its Guide to Sound Practices for Selecting and Periodically Assessing Prime Brokers.  In addition to generally refreshing the 2015 edition of the Guide to Sound Practices for Prime Brokers, the new edition of the guide focusses more on the considerations related to initial and ongoing due diligence on prime brokers and their services.  

The new edition was prepared with the able assistance of Lawrence Obertelli of Marex Prime Services and a working group of dedicated industry participants.  It is available for members to download here.  Also available at that linked location is the replay of the webinar marking the launch of the new edition entitled "Mastering Prime Brokerage Relationships".
