Neurodiversity is the concept that neurological differences such as ADHD, dyslexia and autism are natural variations of the human brain and emphasises the value of diverse cognitive functioning and the importance of acceptance and inclusion of neurodiverse teams into the workplace. Neurodivergent talent is incredibly desirable due to the unique perspectives, innovative problem-solving abilities and diverse approaches to collaboration which can enhance creativity and drive organisational success.
