David Armsworth-Maw, Head of Project Management Office, Allen & Overy.
David is Allen & Overy’s Head of Project Management Office (Asia Pacific) and oversees the delivery of Legal Project Management (LPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) Consultancy services across the Asia Pacific region. David has driven the development of the PMO Consultancy within Asia Pacific focusing on supporting in-house client legal teams with matter and project management, law firm panel and pitch management; process optimisation and practice enhancement; external legal service provider management and project leader development and training.
Immediately prior to his current role at Allen & Overy, David was the Legal Pricing Manager at Barclays Bank operating globally and he led on the pricing and data analytics work streams for the bank’s 2018 law firm panel review.
Prior to that role, David had held other positions at Allen & Overy and had managed his own boutique consultancy for 4.5 years.
