On 11 October, the Productive Finance Working Group (PFWG) published an updated version of the model Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF) Instrument of Incorporation and Authorised Contractual Scheme (ACS) co-ownership deed, following confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Developed in collaboration with Simmons & Simmons, this updated deed aims to standardise the structure and facilitate the creation of LTAFs.
