On 11 October, Simmons & Simmons in collaboration with Productive Finance Working Group (PFWG) members published an updated version of the model Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF) Instrument of Incorporation and Authorised Contractual Scheme (ACS) co-ownership deed, following confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This updated deed aims to standardise the structure and facilitate the creation of LTAFs.
