The ACC has launched a new initiative to benchmark the key features of private credit fund structures at an industry level.  We are pleased to be partnering with Dechert LLP on this survey which will inform a research paper published later this year.  This survey has been designed to benchmark key fund design choices being made by private credit fund managers and their investors.  All responses will be treated in confidence and only ever used in an aggregate or anonymised format.  The survey will only take 5-10 mins to complete and can be completed by visiting this webpage.
