"Green Finance Subsidy Program for Tokyo Market Entry” is now open for applications until July 8th, 23:59 (JST).

The program targets foreign Asset Managers and FinTech companies working on green finance that will secure an office and employee(s) in Tokyo within FY2022 (by March 2023). 

The program provides "Entry Support Program" and "subsidy" to selected foreign financial corporations engaged in green finance to support their expansion. The Entry Support Program will provide support including public relations activities, consulting, business matching, and financial license registration support. Subsidy for the program will be provided to selected companies for four years, with \50 million maximum amount for the first fiscal year. Eligible expenses include personnel expenses, personnel recruitment costs, office rents, expenses for purchasing furniture and fixtures, and consulting expenses for specialized agencies, etc.
