Since Covid-19 has curtailed our ability to visit European members in person, we hope that you will join us virtually to hear an overview of our European regulatory work with a particular focus on the pending AIFMD review consultation and the potential impact of the U.S. elections on European firms.  You will also hear from each of the senior members of our Government and Regulatory Affairs team on the key files within their European portfolios. 

There will also be an opportunity to participate in breakout sessions that will cover some of these issues in more depth and provide members with an opportunity to interact directly with AIMA/ACC staff and peers.  The breakout sessions will focus on:

• Sustainable finance/ESG
• Private credit, including the ELTIF review
• Operational resilience, including DORA
• MiFID review and the quick fixes

We hope to be able to be back to doing these updates for you in person at some point next year, but for the time being, we hope you will join us for this digital alternative.
