In this session, a prime broker, reporting service provider, derivatives lawyer and compliance consultant shed light on the measures managers are undertaking in preparation for the amended reporting requirements. The discussions will also share insights on developments from similar revisions under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (“EMIR”) Regulatory Fitness and Performance Programme (“REFIT”) taking effect in April 2024.
