Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) recently released consultation conclusions outlining responses from industry to the SFC's proposed refinements to the scope of regulated activities and competence requirements under the OTC derivatives licensing regime.

This webinar will examine the implications of the consultation conclusions for asset managers and for entities advising on or trading in OTC derivative instruments and offer a general update on the OTC derivatives licensing regime.
