Following our previous webinars and written summaries of the changes adopted in AIFMD 2, we are now turning our attention to practical questions arising from the implementation from those changes. The transposition deadline and practical compliance date is 16 April 2026, subject to NCA guidance or forbearance, and the transposition process is already well underway in several EU Member States.  Now is the time for AIFMs to get started with implementation projects if they have not already.
