PANA Committee publishes recommendations and report

On 4 July 2017, the European Parliament's PANA Committee which was formed to investigate issues arising from the release of the Panama Papers, published its draft recommendations and report for discussion. The Committee places a heavy focus on the Directives on Anti-money Laundering (AMLD) and on Administrative Cooperation in the field of taxation (DAC). The publications include all of the evidence collected by the Committee to date and explains the analytical process undertaken by the Committee in reaching its conclusions and recommendations.
