On October 20, we will start the big fund module review arc.  We will look at the modules for open-end private funds (Module 10) and closed-end private funds (Module 11) split over three sets of sessions.  As with all the others, you can either submit written comments (which are due for Module 10 by October 30 and Module 11 by November 6), or you can attend one of the calls from each group of sessions discussed below.  

In the week of October 20,  we are taking up Sections 1-5, 8, 9, 11, 14, 18 and 19 of Module 10 and the corresponding sections of Module 11, namely Sections 1-4, 6, 9, 10, 12 and 18-20.  The related call options for that week are:

Circulation of the revised drafts

A revised drafts of both modules will then be sent by November 11 to any member who attended one of the calls or who provided feedback in writing by the relevant deadlines for written comments (see above).  Those persons will then have until December 2 to provide additional feedback on the modules, if desired, once they see how the suggestions to date have been incorporated.
