Sven Gralla

Sven joined the Private Debt team at Kapital 1852 at the beginning of 2022. As a member of the investment team, he is responsible for the entire investment process including sourcing, due diligence and portfolio monitoring as well as strategy. In addition, Sven is the founder of the "Cologne Alternative Investment Roundtable", Advisory Board Member for PDI Germany and founder of the "Next Gen Alternative Investment" Network in Germany. Before joining the team, he worked as researcher at the German Alternative Investments Association (BAI) where he conducted various research projects on the investment behaviour of German institutional investors and developed standard due diligence questionnaires in different asset classes. Sven holds a master‘s degree in Economics from the University of Cologne. In addition, he completed the Alternative Investments Programme at the London School of Economics.
