Abigayil specialises in advising private fund managers on all tax matters pertinent to management group and fund structures including the structuring and ongoing operation of funds, management entities, carried interest arrangements, co-investment arrangements and the financing arrangements. Abigayil also provides ongoing tax reporting and compliance services to her clients.
