Managing Partner, Metrics Credit
Andrew was one of the original founding shareholders and directors of Metrics Credit Partners (Metrics). Metrics is the leading non-bank corporate lender in Australia, covering the full risk spectrum from investment grade through to equity interests. Metrics has created a range of innovative investment products including the first private credit fund listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Andrew has considerable loan origination, structuring and portfolio risk management experience and has been responsible for the origination and management of large, diversified and complex loan portfolios including considerable corporate restructuring experience. Andrew has in excess of 30 years’ banking, funds management and financial markets experience and previously specialised in leverage and acquisition finance as well as corporate and institutional lending.
Andrew is a member of the Metrics board and investment committee, and is a director of BC Securities and Taurus Finance Holdings. Andrew was appointed Chair of the Australian branch of the Alternative Credit Council in 2019.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Business Administration.
