Jason Dillow, Co-Head of US Private Credit and Head of US Opportunistic Credit
Jason Dillow is the Co-Head of Man Group’s US Private Credit function and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Man Investment Partners (US) LP.  Mr. Dillow led Bardin Hill prior to its acquisition by the Man Group in October 2025.  He rose through Bardin Hill’s leadership ranks over more than a decade, becoming Chief Investment Officer in 2016 and Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Prior to joining Bardin Hill, Mr. Dillow worked in the Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs, a global multi-billion dollar investing business specializing in stressed and distressed debt and event-driven equities investing within Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division. In that role he was responsible for investments in the financial, energy, power and industrial industries. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division. Mr. Dillow received an A.B. with honors from Princeton University and currently serves on Milton Academy’s Board of Trustees, as Chair of the school’s Endowment Investment Committee, and as Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Altman Foundation Finance Committee, whose mission is to enrich the quality of life in New York City through support for programs and institutions that advance equality and opportunity for individuals, families and communities.
