Josh Kuretzky is a partner in Davies’ Corporate practice with a focus on fund formation and mergers & acquisitions. He has extensive experience in fund formation and regularly represents fund sponsors and principals in connection with the establishment and structuring of private equity and private credit funds and other pooled investment vehicles.
Josh also advises companies and private equity firms on the acquisition and disposition of private businesses and individual assets in Canada and internationally and on the structuring of joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. He works with clients in a number of industries, including the mining, industrial and technology sectors.
