Daniel Quigley is the Senior Investment Manager of the Fixed Income Division within the Michigan Department of Treasury’s Bureau of Investments. Dan manages the Fixed Income and Absolute Return portfolio’s for the State of Michigan Retirement Systems (SMRS). This includes the allocations to Core Fixed Income, Public Credit, Private Credit, and Hedge Fund strategies. Before joining the Michigan Department of Treasury, Dan was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Citizens Republic Bancorp. He has over 18 years of experience managing institutional investments.
