Dan’s team of 800+ professionals specialize in alternative assets and complex risk models and are at the forefront of new market structures driven by innovation in the financial markets. Dan is passionate about engaging with clients on the structural and long-term changes being driven by the growing power of private capital. Dan’s team focuses on complex matters related to financial instruments, real estate, and insurance products across all of financial services. As a result, Dan brings insights into the changing business models of financial services.

Dan helps clients across:

- Performing diligence to support FS transactions
- Valuing complex investments (credit, PE, derivatives, ABF)
- Structuring credit deals
- Building and running hedging programs

Dan started his career focused on the securitization markets (ABS, RMBS, CLOs, and CMBS) while he completed his CFA. He subsequently helped build PwC’s financial instrument valuation business in response to the financial crisis. In addition to leading this practice, Dan serves several of the world’s largest private credit managers.
