Michaela Campbell

Campbell Michaela joined Hayfin in 2024 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit team, focusing on Direct Lending and leading the Portfolio Monitoring team. Prior to Hayfin, she spent five years at BlackRock in the Risk and Quantitative Analytics team and most recently served as Co-head of Global Investment Risk for Private Credit and Private Equity. Before joining BlackRock, Michaela worked at GE Capital where she held several roles in London and Abu Dhabi with a focus on underwriting, portfolio management and restructuring of leveraged loans. Michaela earned a BSc degree in statistics and actuarial science from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and is a CFA Charterholder.
