Markus Hunold

Markus Hunold is Co-CIO and Partner of Cheyne Strategic Value Credit, where he co-leads the team managing c. EUR 4bn of commitments across European mid-market credit strategies, including sponsor-less lending, special situations, and asset-based finance. He has 20 years of experience in private credit and alternatives, having previously been at KKR, where he invested across European private credit and structured situations, and prior to that a member of the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. At Cheyne he sits on the Investment Committee across the SVC platform and oversees portfolio construction, origination, and fund strategy.
