Head of ESG, Hayfin
Caoimhe Bain Ms. Bain joined Hayfin in 2021 and serves as the Head of ESG, focusing on the development of ESG strategy and implementation across all Hayfin managed assets. Prior to joining Hayfin, Ms. Bain worked in pensions consulting, guiding public and private sector pension schemes with the development and implementation of responsible investment policies as well as undertaking responsible investment manager research. Ms. Bain graduated with a BA (Hons) in Theoretical Physics from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
