Ms. Gulati advises UK and international lenders, including direct lending funds, banks and other financial institutions, as well as private equity sponsors and corporates on a variety of UK and cross-border acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions, including bilateral, club and global syndicated lending for private equity backed buyouts, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancing and restructurings of leveraged assets.
