Marc Goldberg is a Managing Director and head of EMEA FICC Financing at BofA Securities.
Marc leads a London-based team responsible for covering the largest global alternative asset managers for strategic financing transactions across a variety of asset classes, including private credit, specialty finance, commercial real estate and fund finance. Prior to commencing his current role in 2019 Marc was head of EMEA Credit Structuring, responsible for developing and executing secured financing transactions in the region.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2006, Marc spent 5 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Melbourne where he advised large corporations, financial institutions and private equity funds on international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Master of International Taxation from the University of Melbourne.
