Head of ESG and Macro Strategy, Cairn Capital
Tina De Baere is Head of ESG and Macro Strategy at Cairn Capital. Tina is also the co-Chair of the European Leveraged Finance Association’s ESG Committee and serves on the PRI Structured Products Advisory Committee. At Cairn Capital, Tina is responsible for the development and implementation of Cairn Capital's ESG policy. She works closely with the investment team in integrating ESG factors into the investment process and monitors compliance and consistency with the ESG policy across Cairn Capital’s investment platform. Tina joined Cairn Capital in 2008 and previously worked as a portfolio manager in Cairn Capital’s ABS team. Prior to joining Cairn Capital, Tina was a credit analyst at Standard & Poor’s and New Bond Street Asset Management.
