Head of ESG, Polus Capital Management
Tina De Baere is Head of ESG at Polus Capital Management (“Polus”), where she leads the firm’s ESG strategy and policy. Tina has been with Polus since 2008, previously serving as a portfolio manager in the ABS team. Beyond her role at Polus, she is an active voice in the industry, serving on the PRI Securitised Products Advisory Committee and co-chairing the European Leveraged Finance Association’s ESG Committee.
