Kevin Marchetti

Head of U.S. Man Direct Lending, Chief Investment Officer, Man Group

Kevin Marchetti is the Head of U.S. Man Direct Lending and also serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Man Direct Lending. Kevin is also a member of Man Direct Lending’s Investment Committee. Kevin has ~25 years of experience in risk management and middle market leveraged finance across a range of industries and strategies. Prior to joining Varagon in 2014, he was a Senior Vice President at GE Antares Capital. He has also held senior risk positions at CIT Group and TD Bank. He holds a BA from Springfield College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
