Alan Jackson is a Regulatory Director with more than 20 years’ experience across regulatory reporting, compliance solutions, fund services and regulatory change within the investment management industry. His experience includes leading the development and delivery of regulatory reporting solutions for asset managers, AIFMs, UCITS management companies and investment firms operating across multiple jurisdictions. He has also worked on major regulatory implementation and operational change programmes within global financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and HSBC. He has particular experience translating complex regulatory requirements into practical operating models, data solutions and client services. He regularly contributes to industry discussions on regulatory developments affecting fund managers, with a focus on the operational, reporting and commercial implications of regulatory change.
