AIMA, Citco and Simmons & Simmons invite you to participate in a roundtable discussion focussing on how asset management firms have been addressing the large number of questions posed by the Central Bank about firms' culture which encompass diversity and inclusion issues, how decisions are made, etc., as well as examining the nature and quality of the existing Dublin talent pool versus the Central Bank’s increasing requirements for asset management firms.  

The discussion will be held under Chatham House rules to foster an open sharing of views.  Professionals from Citco and Simmons & Simmons will be on hand to facilitate the conversation.  The roundtable will also be an opportunity for you to get to know your peers.
