AIMA Australia Next Gen Women Professionals in Alternatives Roundtable
AIMA had the pleasure of recently launching a new working group AIMA Australia Women in Alternative Asset Management. This group will help shape AIMA Australia’s initiatives in the area of gender diversity and act as advisers to the AIMA Australia’s Executive and sub-committees.
The future of industry is a critical focus area for AIMA with the recruitment and retention of female professionals being imperative to its continued success. AIMA therefore has the pleasure of inviting those females within the industry, in the first 5-7 years of their working careers to join a roundtable discussion where we would be interested to hear and discuss your views on topics including:
Reasons for joining the funds management industry
How the industry can better meet the needs of recruiting and retaining female professionals
Suggestions to ensure high calibre female staff are set up for ongoing career success
Attendee requirements: Staff of current AIMA members within the first 5-7 years of their professional career. An opportunity to anonymously register other topics for this discussion will be provided prior to the event.
